Kara-T-Robics® is a new and exciting aerobic training system, which incorporates the Karate techniques of Kicks, Punches and Blocks, synchronised to the beats of modern rhythmic Dance music. It uses dynamic low impact movements in a non-contact environment. The movements are extremely safe and very easy to follow. Above all it is a lot of fun.

Kara-T-Robics® is a new concept in ‘Total Fitness’, which can be used to develop muscle strength, flexibility, and cardiovascular endurance. It is, therefore, a great way to get the body into shape and develop a good physical condition.

Although Kara-T-Robics® originates from Karate and other martial arts, it is primarily a fitness training exercise. Nevertheless, it can also be a fun and easy way to learn the techniques of self-defence and provide an introduction to Karate. All the movements have a purpose, which makes them easier to understand and more instinctive to perform. The addition of rhythmic dance music introduces an element of fun into the classes and controls the tempo of the movements, thus making the techniques easier to learn.
